PRIVACY OF PERSONAL DATA.
Alpha Art Trade, S.L. (from now on, the "company") pledges to comply with all pertinent laws governing data protection and will never share information provided by customers with third parties without first obtaining their express consent. Information about customers will only be used to process and deliver their orders and to send communications and notices related to said orders or new offers and products by email if the corresponding box is ticked on the registration form. As a customer, you may exercise their right to edit, update or delete any personal data you have shared with the company by sending a specific request to the email address provided in the “Contact Us” section of the company's website.
RETURNS AND TIME LIMITS.
Under the laws currently in force, as a customer you have the right to withdraw your order within seven business days, counting from the date on which the product was delivered to your address according to the delivery notice. To withdraw an order, you must contact the company by writing to the email address provided in the “Contact Us” section of this website. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs associated with product delivery and return. Once the product has been returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, you will be refunded the full amount of the original purchase price by the same payment method you originally used within a maximum of three business days from the date on which it is received.
The right to withdraw an order does not apply to products intended for personal use which have been used after delivery. In addition, it will not apply to any product that has been made to your specifications, having been customised and crafted with distinctive characteristics which do not match those of the item shown on the website, nor to any items which are exclusively made to order according to the model shown on the website, as indicated in the description of the item posted on the site in the following terms: "Item made to order exclusively at customer's request".
If a product does not match the description provided on the company’s website or is delivered with any manufacturing defects, you must notify the company of this situation by writing to the email address provided in the “Contact Us” section. In such cases, the company will either replace the item by filing a claim under the terms of the guarantee given by the artisan in his/her contract, or, if you prefer, refund the purchase price. The replacement or refund process will not begin until the item has been returned to its place of origin and your claim has been verified, within the timeframe agreed in the course of your correspondence with the company.
The company will not accept any claims for damage to the ordered item sustained in transit to your address unless the damage is duly noted on the document which you will be asked to sign when the courier service delivers the item to you and as long as it is received according to the agreed terms.
Given the distinctive nature of handcrafted products, the items displayed on this website are one-of-a-kind pieces, and in some cases the product you receive may not be absolutely identical to the one shown in the images posted on the company’s website. Such minor differences will not be considered grounds for considering a piece defective, and in any case you always have the option of withdrawing your order in the manner and terms described above. This same handcrafted quality means that, in certain circumstances, the delivery times specified for an item may vary. However, the company pledges to notify you of any such changes and, in the event of a delay, to give you the option of cancelling your order and receiving a full refund, according to the terms agreed in the course of your correspondence with the company regarding this incident.
